For a comprehensive, laboratory-grade water analysis, we are able to offer such services at an additional fee charged by the laboratory. Please note, the complimentary water test provided under this offer does not constitute a scientific analysis only testing of the chlorine and chloramine.

Refer Friends and Families Program Terms and Conditions
Cash Back & Extended Warranty & Lifetime Complimentary Sediment (1st Stage) Filter.

Eligibility:

Only existing customers who have purchased from WAA or FMW a FHWR-3S1-20 system is installed and our approved partner retailers are eligible to refer people under this program. The “Refer Friends and Families” Program is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions below:

Referral Policy
  1. A successful referral is defined as any referral made by you, where the referred customer purchases a whole house filtration system (FHWR-3S1-20 system which is installed),
    which includes the installation of a new system and full payment is made.

  2. The referral will not be considered eligible if the referred person is already on WAA’s or FMW’s database and has been contacted within the last 12 months.

  3. The referral will not be considered eligible if the referred person is already an existing customer of WAA or FMW.

  4. If you provide details of a referral, it is your responsibility to ensure that the referred person has been notified and has given consent for WAA or FMW to reach out to them.

  5. As the referrer, you (FHWR-3S1-20 system is installed) will be eligible to receive a cash-back reward of $390 for each successful referred installation. Alternatively, WAA or FMW may provide similar benefits such as free filters at a similar recommended retail price (RRP).

  6. This cashback may be applied to a WAA or FMW prepaid E-gift card instead of being transferred into your nominated bank account.

  7. It is your responsibility as the referrer to contact WAA or FMW and claim your bonus. The referral bonus is only valid for up to 6 months from the completion of each newly referred installation.

  8. The complimentary first-stage PP filter can be claimed once every six months. Please note that postage fees may apply for delivery. Alternatively, customers can opt for cost-free pick-up at our office.

Please note that this referral policy is subject to change at the discretion of WAA or FMW. It is recommended to review the policy periodically for any updates.
